As part of August Craft Month, a nationwide celebration of creativity across Ireland, I was commissioned to photograph a Limerick Lace event showcasing Ireland’s rich textile heritage.
This annual programme, supported by the Design & Crafts Council Ireland and Craft NI, brings together over 400 events across the island, highlighting disciplines from ceramics and textiles to glassblowing and contemporary design.
My photography captured the intricate craftsmanship, community spirit, and cultural significance of Limerick Lace within this vibrant festival.
